The Catholic Church is the New Jerusalem. Christ the King is king of Heaven and Earth. Praise be to God! Vatican II created error by its drift toward Modernism/liberalism which developed radical ecumenism and away from affirming that the Catholic Church is the one true Church, the only means necessary for salvation, a dangerous route for all, indeed.

I have a Saint Padre pio novena chaplet I pray daily....usually say conversion of jews but they need to ditch the talmud first ( imo, that's what prevents them from learning the truth about the messiah already coming)

I had no idea all of this was going on inside the Church. So, the Spanish Inquisition was right after all, that is against the false converts, not against the true converts. Well, true converts like Mother Miriam it seems, have courage where so many of us men have been timid and swallowed up in fear. We have to try not to abandon Jesus or deny Him.

I think it was right, to secure the realm and protect (Christian) people, the negative though, is that arguably it drove false converts underground more, who (or their spiritual descendants) in turn eventually re infiltrated the church. This gets into some pretty fringe theories, but there is some truth in this. Still not saying the Catholic Monarchs or the Spanish secular and ecclesiastical authorities should have done differently though.

Skirts are ultra chic and ultra comfortable. Very warm in winter. IF IF If you have the budget for it, or a seamstress handy. 😅 Tunic length tops are a modest compromise more readily available. Wearing skirts in a society that is mostly pagan, feels like wearing a cassock. You need to be intellectually convinced, AND CONSECRATED BY the Grace of God, to bear the social persecution towards modest dressing. It’s a lonely path. Beautiful skirts and sweet boots help immensely. How cool, that it is our duty to dress classy AND CHIC. For God. Wearing a skirt helps us to live in union with Christ by Mary. That being said, I am convinced that MEN SHOULD WEAR CASSOCKS. ALL MEN. ALL. MEN. And they should have long hair AND BEARDS. Imitation of Christ, ya know. Leading by EXAMPLE. Like real HOLY men.❤

@@femaleKCRoyalsFanSaint Paul teaches us to pray always. So, wearing comfy skirts at home is a good way to remind ourselves to pray at home. God is Omnipresent. Every day should be like at Mass. That said, thé Saint Cure of Ars wore pants. With a tunic length top. That was the clerical uniform then. At Mass, he had the full robes. Glory be to God. We can be modest and prayerful at home, in joggings. If they are modest. And if we are prayerful. Saint Joan of Arc is an interesting example. She wore pants under a tunic length top, for work.😅❤

You have to allow your wife to be convicted on her own that wearing skirts in public is the best. I would not force her. Instead let Catholic girlfriends bring it up and listen to talks on why is it more self-respecting. Just ask her to wear a longer blouses over the pants. I agree with you, but every woman has to have change of heart, not forced. Be patient.

Roy Schoeman refers to himself as a “fulfilled Jew” instead of a “covert”. I think that is spot on, and in accord with what Father said about imagine how amazing it will be when the Orthodox Jews (maybe not the liberals with holidays) but those who love Torah and have so much knowledge, insight, and love of ritual, become “fulfilled”. You’re are no longer a Jew when you convert to the Catholic faith, you become Catholic. I know this sounds hard on the religious ears, but this is the truth. The identity of the Jew is nothing more than a rejector of Christ as the old covenant has been abolished you lose that identity when you become a Catholic, you become a fulfilled Catholic.

A Lithuanian Catholic, Greek Catholic and an Irish Catholic all have different cultures, but it all comes from Catholicism. Every unique expression of those people is brought forth by Catholicism, their worship of The Holy Trinity and their taking of the Eucharist every Sunday, for over 98 generations. So it builds on itself.

Very good exposition of the paradox of “bending” to external dictates. We must emerge from the dictatorship of sentimentalism through the judicious use of sound doctrine. In every OT course i ever took - at diocesan-catechetical, hs, or undergrad level - the cycle is presented identically. God extends a covenant relationship. The man or Israel accepts. The covenant is lived out. Israel sins. God punishes. Israel repents. God forgives. The covenant is restored. Again, in every course I've ever taken over the years, this cycle is aapplied to all of salvation history from Adam onward. Till the time of Our Lord. That's when the cycle, in the minds of moderns, comes to a dead stop.

Kennedy, I love the interview but as a fellow second generation Italian, actually we do have access to Italian citizenship via jur sangunis or blood line laws. I read the Zohar and they believe their "Messiah" will come in the jewish year equivalent to 2033 in the gregorian calendar. Theres also treatises inside the Zohar with a bunch of occult stuff related to divination. Let us stay prayerful and watching out should the antiChrist manifest. Either way the most important is we keep praying the Rosary, reading the Bible and going to Mass and Confession.

While there are Gnostic aspects to Kabbalah, I wouldn't say all of it is. Gnostics are the original cultural appropriators and they've taken elements from Catholicism as well. The core teaching of Kabbalah is the same as the Gospel of John and the teachings of Plato. It is the teaching of the Logos. Anne Catherine Emmerich speaks about the secret teachings of the Jews and some of it isn't negative. If you look up the history of the Eleusinian mysteries you can see that the story of their founder Eumolpus is identical to the story of Moses. The Eleusinian mysteries, a secret teaching founded by a Jewish priesthood in ancient Greece was probably where Plato got his teaching. The Hasidic movement was founded by a Kabbalist called the Baal Shem Tov and his teaching, he called an "internalization of the Kabbalah". He claimed that the Prophet Elijah appeared to him and instructed him that the intense love of ordinary people for God was more valuable than all the long rituals of the Kabbalah by stirring up sparks of holiness in all matter around them. The name Hasidic is etymologically related to the word Essene which order, according to Anne Catherine Emmerich, goes back to Elijah and which became the Carmelite Order. The Baal Shem Tov's teaching bears some relation to the Carmelite St. Theresa of Lisieux's spirituality, of doing little deeds with great love. Many Hasidic Jews are anti-Zionist and they bore the brunt of the holocaust because they saw that other Jews were losing their faith when they went to America and other places so they ordered their own people to remain in Europe. The true Gnostics were the Frankists and Sabbataians who were condemned by the Baal Shem Tov.

A couple of great Jews to listen to on this topic are St. Paul and St. John. Paul clearly articulates who the Isreal of God is and that "not all Israel, is Israel". John in his first epistle clearly defines who is antichrist is. No one who rejects the Son has the Father. Rejecting Jesus as Messiah is antiChrist. Pray for the genetic children of Abraham. Most of them are outside the Church. But a time will come when the age of the Gentiles will come to a close and God will graft many Jews back into the True Vine.

I’m still processing the theology. On a practical level, though, shouldn’t each ethnicity have a place where their tribe and culture predominate? Ireland for the Celts. England for the Anglo-Saxons. Sweden and Norway for the Nordic peoples l, etc. This does not mean shutting your society from all minority immigration. But it does mean allowing the diversity of cultures. Why is this wrong? Why would the Jews not be allowed to do what, for example, the Japanese do?
