Palestine’s representative to the UN, Riyad Mansour, tells the Security Council that being Palestinian is “enough to be killed”.
“You saw it over two weeks in al-Shifa Hospital where Israel summarily executed people, arrested and tortured them, including the wounded and the sick and medical personnel, without feeling the need to provide much explanation or any evidence,” Mansour said during a session on the situation in the Middle East.

I am by no means arguing, as I fully believe in a 1 state solution that can engage with all ethnic groups within the area, and improving the lives of the Palestinian people first and foremost. That said, the constant argument with the definition of "occupied land", does that still stand when countries that aided in writing international law are also the ones who "gave" Isnrael the land? I genuinely am looking for the rebuttal to this to pin down such a stupid talking point otherwise
