The IDF has become the laughing stock of professional soldiers around the world. The IDF is unprofessional, undisciplined and under motivated. By every conceivable metric the IDF has failed spectacularly. It's as if the IDF has no military objectives, only wanton destruction. Destroying infrastructure is incredibly simple with modern weapons and requires very little effort to achieve. The IDF's failure in Gaza will haunt Israel for decades, assuming Israel as a nation doesn't collapse from the economic ruin the Israelis have exacted upon themselves. The collapse of Israel is a very real possibility when a million Israelis have already left Israel with no plans on returning. Worse still, Hamas appears relatively unscathed after 8 months of Israel dropping more munitions than USAD dropped on Dresden. Israel has broken intl law to defeat Hamas, and still failed. Israel's defeat in Gaza is truly unprecedented, but it appears the IDF isn't done. Hezbollah defeated Israel nearly 20 years ago, but it doesn't appear that Israel has learned their lesson.
