This video is presented by Dr. Dimpy Gohrani, she is a physiotherapist with specialisation in Neurology. This video would help you treat Iliotibial Band Syndrome or IT Band Syndrome with simple physical therapy. The IT Band Syndrome treatment is divided into four steps , i.e. TFL Muscle Massage. IT Band Stretches, and then finally IT band exercises for strengthening.
Follow this video in sequential manner for it band syndrome treatment
IT BAND MUSCLE RELEASE EXTRA STEP:
Its recommended that you massage the muscle by exposing it directly and applying oil but you can do with the clothing if you are able to feel the pressure.

Mam..mere right thigh mein 6 months se yhi dard ho rha hai..medicine bahut kha li par thik nhi ho rha hai..or dard ke sath swelling bhi ho gyi hai..kya ye exercise suitable hai mere liye and swelling ka karan kya h plzz reply🙏🙏

I had a fall and got acl strain so doctor recommend rest for 1 month After that I'm facing tightness and heavy ness in the full thigh region . I'm doing some strengthning excercises but even while waking also I feel more tightness and I cannot walk comfortably. Please please show some excercises for this problem . I didn't get any channel regarding this problem. I will be badly waiting for your vedio. Thank you ma'.am
