the deadlights do happen in chapter 1, but I don't remember if they actually call them that in the movie itself. They are however much more prominent in chapter 2, so it's more apt to include that version in this line. also funko savage af for doing that beaver hat one.

The 10 inch Pennywise is actually a bigger version of him holding the paper boat, not the open arms one

dead lights is the specie's of which pennywise is, which is basically like 3 glowing floating balls and yeah pop is related to chapter 2 not chapter one.

SPOILER: Bill is the one that stutters and he couldn't save georgie in the first movie. Now in this new one there is a new kid named "Dean" and Dean was in a fun house. Bill saw him going in so he went after him. While Bill isn't looking Pennywise walks another way to get to Dean. They're in a maze of glass and Bill thinks he can get Dean out but he didn't know there was glass in front of him. Bill walks forward to the glass and hurts himself. While Dean is on the other side. Pennywise is on the other side from Dean. Pennywise is trying to give Bill hope he can save Dean but he couldn't. So Pennywise breaks through the glass with his head then eats Dean... it's very sad. That is what the Pennywise Funko pop with the skateboard (Dean's skateboard) that says "you won't b-b-be there for him either?" written in blood means... it is very sad.

Also it’s not just a haunted house, it’s the neibolt street house where Pennywise lives
