Latex Gloves, they don't rip unless you've caught them on something very sharp. They don't stay slippery when you get oil on them, Sure they aren't strongly chemical resistant but for working on a car a pair of gloves can hold up to an entire day of oil, sand, dirt, and use if you don't snag them. That's a very high quality filter strap, made of double roller chain. I've never had one that nice. I see how it's made, I can make myself one. Do your oil changes when the wind is calm, makes less of a mess. Change the oil when the oil is hot. It will do a great job of flushing out the old oil and soot from the inside and will drain much more completely. Sounds like the shock for the belt tensioner is needing replacing if it is equipped with one.

Nice one, I’ve always wanted a Bentley or Rolls Royce, but home servicing and diy jobs have put me off getting one as the rumour is they are hard and expensive to work on, this video proves otherwise! Did you find the correct plugs with a 17mm hexagon mate. Euro car parts have them I think. Just google spark plugs for a Bentley.
