@@LeoNeoOnehe is right. since Civil Engineers directly deal with human life by designing and building structures , it would be impossible for AI to completely replace them. Civil engineers just like doctors directly deal with the lives of human beings . A wrong design or wrong site execution could lead to structure failure and thus loss of lives

9 point ... i cant floood with key skills in my resume mam in one page how many things i should keep i dnt know key skils are like 14 to 16 even simple code review is a under key skillls im gng mad things happening how do i make tailored resume fr each position is a big question..now fr me what you said is correct.. so far i have given only one interview scheduling interview these days so difficult 😪 fr 3 years experience i cant think about freshers now ....

AI will be coming down soon tremendously. Again the job for HR's will be on the front end. Manually finding and searching for the candidate. It's just for a while till the next AI is becoming failed in the view of recruitment.

add seo friendly keywords in your resume, ats score should be greater than 75-80 add the keywords matching the job description, update your resume daily, apply in 15-20 companies daily, cold messaging, ask for feedback about the resume sent to HR directly

@@prachidhaka1189 just join some Small scale company as data analyst. It will be more easier to get in cities like Pune or Bangalore. In most of cases No one sees ur Resume in mid and large scale company. You are only valued unless you have few years experience.

I love AI, it should be there. I deny the fact that AI is taking jobs and it's not filtering and even if it is bottom then it's the interviewer's job to have patience to hire till the bottom page of the file.

Dear, its just humanly not possible to see 50K resume, just for a test you can try to screen 20-30 resumes a day.. you will get the answer, also the main reason why recruiters don't reach the bottom is they find a suitable candidate from top 50 profiles and the position gets closed.. Though its true that AI is not taking away jobs, infact it will change the nature of jobs that we are doing..

After 1.5 years to gap forget about good job. Do a master degree n enter the job market. I hired for KPMG as an engagement manager and I never looked at cv with 1 year of gap. Coz if I have to hire n pay good salary I prefer someone who is in job n currently competitive. Truth is that if I can’t find a job for more than 1 your there is an issues so why should I take a risk with you ! That’s how all hiring managers think and u have to love with it. Best of luck

After AI every country is effected not only india. In india 2014 -300 Startups 2024 - 127000 Startups. Canada population- 3.9 crore. USA population- 34 crore. Still USA and other foreign country have recession.. But in India population- 140 crore. Still many jobs are available. Govt needs to control population in india. बहन तू तो डरा डरा कर मार देगी views के चक्कर में। मैं तो civil engineering क्षेत्र में काफी जॉब्स निकलते देख रहा हूं। हालाकि पैसा 15-20 लाख की रेंज में तो नही मिलेगा लेकिन जॉब्स है। IT sector में ट्रेंड बहुत फास्ट change होता है तो हो सकता है की बड़ा पैसा न मिले लेकिन सीखते रहने वाले के लिए बहुत मौके होते है।
