Employability in shameless states is purely based on who's who to whom, else it's mandatory to sleep around with the person which the hierarchy decides as per their timetable, failing which humiliation, poking, ill treatment, isolation and cutting off from others, telling lies and blaming on playing dirty games, assigning menial jobs, scandalised publicity using wards of ".." merrily roping in brokers from the same community to assist them "without fail"...literally harassment till death is inevitable, forget about being employable anywhere......no matter what's doing the rounds all over the place(s) spread by these rackets, it trickles down to nothing but (a sure) trafficking. It's parallel economy and prostitution rackets in conjunction with shameless diplomacy rendering humans exportable running the job markets with everyone from the top to bottom getting their share in this dirty "trade" for their VALUABLE ASSISTANCE...to render seamless traffickability.....or atleast are picky- prickly- poky on those some, which is very obvious...perhaps, it only ends with the targeted families deaths.

I guess prostitution rackets have their brokers in human resources departments of "businesses" (profits shared from top to bottom) in shameless states, where diplomacy which is much more cheap and dirty gets on...looking for their export material often called "trade and commerce" ....with enough vulnerability already created by their brokers...

I want to clear out that the HR team or the interviewers must not eat snacks and drink tea during the interview infront of the candidate. This is extremely unprofessional. Happens only in India I guess. You must maintain a sense of responsibility here and a serious atmosphere. Laughing and giggling and putting the confidence of the candidate down is not right. Do not ask about their age. This is a personal question and many feel discouraged when the age factor comes up. It makes them feel useless. Age doesn't matter if they have the skills. If you don't like their profile then put that down in their paper, don't laugh and mock on their face. This way they forget the correct answer too. Same way during a written exam, the invigilator must not eat snacks infront of the students in the exam hall. Go out and feed yourself. Indians must raise their standards more. This happens mostly in Government institutes where old Professors take interview.

My job in my current project is like: 1. We don't have work life balance. On a typical week, everything will be smooth till Wednesday. As the weekend approaches suddenly our manager says we are missing deadlines. Moreover we get unexpected calls on a random off day and if we don't do it, we get threatened for getting escalated to the upper management. Is this justified? Work should be a part of our life but not the whole life right? 2. Our manager sometimes comments on our personal matters. If we say we have to go meet someone when we are asked to work in off hours, he says why today? And I am like who are you to tell me when to meet our relatives or not? It's very frustrating as an individual. 3. The leads are quite rude. We are afraid to approach them to ask our doubts. Is this fear justified while working in the team? 4. There is no skill enhancement in my current project. We just have to rush through the day and wait for the evening. 5. Nobody is happy. We all wait quickly to get the day over. We don't feel any excited in starting our work day. In fact we dread it. 6. No matter how much we do, we don't get any appreciation but if anything doesn't go well, we get blamed very quickly. How much can a person can tolerate this environment 🙁
