One of Dr Joe Dispenza's meditations is this. To gently squeeze the sacral area with the muscles in the area while inhaling imagining you are bringing energy up all the way to the pineal gland. Once at the pineal gland consciously hold it there for several seconds, then exhale, release & relax & then repeat. Many people who follow his instructions heal from serious illness.

I have managed to do this twice in my 62 years on this planet and by far the most profound experience I have ever had. I will warn it’s not for the faint of heart you will be dismayed and left astonished your world will never be the same ever again strength plus courage = freedom

Oct 7th 2022 this awakening occurred for me. Most profound event by far in my 52 years. Be careful what you ask for is all I can say and be ready for everything you know to change in an instant. If you use Joe Dispenza technique daily you can achieve this…i felt a lot of vibrations in my body and to a point i can isolate and move that vibration around but it orginated from the heart then to the brain the more you focus on it the louder it grows but when you lose focus it just fades away.
