I love eating snails when I was 12 year old I use to go to the pond near my village in cambodian.i miss those good old day.

When a country is not overran by overpopulation its unspoilt environment will have places like this where food or edibles can still be sourced. That's not the case sadly in the Philippines. The rural countryside have become denuded, unproductive , poor of food or edibles to forage. Farms lay fallow as farmers become indolent. Despite geopolitical issues Cambodia kept its culture and industriousness to keep hunger and malnutrition at bay. Please keep this vlog going , it shines a bright light amidst your countries' difficulties.

Snail is my fav.too but our cooking style is different. Here in India we take out the lid first & soak overnight...then i fry with potato...its still my fav.curry
