With a rich, delicious flavor, every wild mushroom comes out of soil after going through wind and rain. During each mushroom season, Yunnan seems to become the center of the universe, with hundreds of kinds of wild mushrooms making your mouth water. The pearls among them should be matsutake and collybia albuminosa. It’s said that Yunnan keeps collybia albuminosa for itself while sharing matsutake with the world, which just proves the status of collybia albuminosa in the hearts of Yunnan people

Good comment. One thing to note, when the person you are referring to is a woman then you use the pronouns she and her not his and he. So you would say "her basket" and "she met" and "gave her". He, him and his is only used when you are referring to a man.

Depuis des années que je regarde ces vidéos et que j'ai vu grandir son petit frère, et toute sa famille changer petit à petit, j'ai un petit faible pour ses grands parents dont le charme de sa grand mère est très séduisant, et les yeux coquins de son grand père incomparables! sans oublier Dawang, je ne me lasse pas de ces recettes fabuleuses,de cette ambiance agréable et chaleureuse, le seul regret que j'ai est de ne pas pouvoir partager tout ça avec eux, et de me dire que jamais je ne goûterai ces merveilles dans cette ambiance si agréable ! pourvu qu'elle continue encore longtemps, c'est pour moi un véritable médicament de jouvence !! sans oublier les caméramans qui sont excellents ! le réalisme des prises de vue donne l'eau à la bouche !!

I'm from the northern Philippines. We call this mushroom "Mannagadu" because they grow in group. And they come out during the rainy seasons. (Usually on August).

Kalo di daerahku jamur nya namanya jamur bulan. Daunnya lebar, batangnya panjang dan tebel. Rasanya manis enak banget. Digoreng sama bawang dan garam aja udah enak. Trs jamur yang batangnya panjang2 banget dan berkelompok disebut jamur trucuk. Kalo lagi hoki kadang bisa sampe puluhan di satu area

Wah jamur ini enak banget. Di tempat aku juga sebutnya jamur ayam, karena emang rasanya semirip itu. Apalagi kalo masak dengan mie, kuah pedas wahh nikmatnya😋. Jadi ingat waktu kecil sering metik jamur ini pas musim hujan😁. Thank you Dianxi

In western Vietnam, the best time to pick mushrooms is at 3-5 am. We often search and harvest it when termite mushroom ears have not yet bloomed. Termite mushroom is very sweetness and rareness. We made many dishes with its but never tried to cook termite mushroom oil before. You are amazing Dianxi. From Viet Nam with love.

Jamur ini kalo di indonesia, khususnya di jawa disebut jamur barat. Biasanya tumbuh saat musim penghujan. Betul sekali kenapa dinamakan jamur rayap, karena memang dia tumbuh didekat rumah rayap. Jamur ini harum sekali baunya saat digoreng pakai minyak. Sekarang disini susah sekali menemukan jamur ini. Kalaupun bisa menemukan 1 batang, bisa menghabiskan nasi 1 bakul🤣
