Luckily,I have a career that allows me to simply sit and wait for whatever happens. I give a good service but it does not possess me. I just enjoy it when it comes. Most of my life is spent in peaceful, precious solitude, overlooking a vast garden with pretty flowering trees that attract hummingbirds, outside my big windows. People remark that I must be lonely to be so alone, but I’m not. Now and then I feel lonely, of course. But that was also true when I had a busy social life. Moments of loneliness are normal -an existential human experience. But they are fleeting. I make art, write fiction and poetry, and help people with their “problems” - on the phone - when they call. Mooji has changed my life. I meditate and pray every a.m. and that has turned me away from the mental jibber jabber that marked so much of my (previously) anxious life.

Your beingness is not addicted to anything. 🖤 Pray, Lord rid me of ego and merge me with you. Beingness with God 🖤

the 'character' that I perceive mySelf to be was inclined to/ sat in ‘the God Throne’ to meditate one morning [a white, ‘cloud’-like recliner chair I’d purchased for the ‘purpose’ of watching movies, or at least, so my ego had assumed lol]. I started to question, WHAT is the/this [inside] ‘voice’ that ‘says’ [for example] ‘this is what I’m seeing’, and ‘it/this’ means ‘that’, or I’m ‘seeing’ a ‘person’ [‘out there’] and they are ‘such’ and ‘such’, ‘I find [this] attractive/repulsive or [this] unattractive/unrepulsive’ lol, or ‘other people seem to hear the voice of God, but why do I only hear [‘this’]’, or I’ve ‘woken’ and it’s ‘morning’, etc, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah ad infinitum. There was fear [around that], as in, ‘OMG, what might appear ‘next’?!’ …or something just really vague as a ‘reason’ for the fear I appeared to be experiencing. In any case, the ‘words’ in my mind and a ‘feeling’ associated with were, ‘I want to go home’! […whatever the f(ire tr)uck that meant lol]. Then a ‘thought-that-wasn't-a-thought' came to mind: thoughts (if there are such a thing) at least seem to exist in ‘mind’, so what does 'mind' exist in? ...'Whatever' it is, it must be something ‘other’ than ‘mind’/ something [/some-‘thing’] ‘not-mind’… then the immediate ‘Knowing’, ‘I AM ‘Home’ [I've always 'BEEN' 'home']… and simultaneously an ‘experience’ of [‘that’] (word-thoughts fail, so what can I say?) Even before this heart has beat, before these eyes have opened, before these flowers bloom, There You Are There I Am ...I suppose one could add 'before a thought is 'thought' LOL!!
