Here's some additional points about Axl RO's namesake which I think were overlooked: RO can be used as an acronym for "Retired Officer", among others, but that seems the most relevant given he is a former soldier. In terms of his namesake Axl Rose I think it is most likely due to how the real life Axl was the only constant remaining member of Guns N' Roses, the last survivor of sorts, just like Axl RO in terms of his company.

If you're looking for references to characters in the song's lyrics the line "You're power hungry, selling soldiers in a human grocery store" is the perfect summary of Valentine's role in the fight

I'm not sure of people noticed this or anything, but even though Axl R.O. was named after the (in)famous frontman of Guns N' Roses, Johnny Joestar bears an eerie, but somewhat close resemblance to the actual Axl Rose himself.

Civil War's legs are shaped like the trunks and roots of a tree and the experience that awakened it occurred while Axel Ro was hiding in a tree stand. Also the stand can separate into several pieces which could be a literal version of Axel "Fallng to pieces".

If they make another Jojo's Bizarre Adventure game I would like to see Axl Ro and Civil War in the game.

I really want a 'It Just Works' for Josuke's Crazy Diamond. If you actually look at the stand it makes very little sense and really is the most confusing stand. Probably because Araki just made it such a versatile stand and added too much to it for it to be described as one thing.

Assuming that the civil war in the SBR universe unfolded in a similar way to the actual civil war, that battle wouldn't have been Vicksburg since the actual battle was a very long, dragged out seige in which the inhabitants of the town lived in caves on the hillside to avoid getting shelled by the union and grant got hammered every night out of boredom. It's a really interesting battle that doesn't get much attention from the public, I'd recommend looking into it.

Honestly I think civil wars design was based on how the United States was like during the civil war You have the upper part of the U.S which was the Union which was mostly industrialized Then you move down to the more agriculture based South confederacy which relied on slavery instead of machines So basically civil war is in its own way a split country
