i've been listening to fast-paced punk rock and metal for quite a while now, just to get me barely enough energy to last my long shifts at work. today i've been taking things very slow and this upload came at the perfect time. the perfect soundtrack and mood to get out of my near-permanent strung-out state of being. thank you. please don't stop these from coming out.

Whoever put this together, thank you... I've been living my life very restlessly for as long as I can remember, between insomnia, coming from a series of broken homes and struggling even up to this moment to just sleep, I've been fighting depression and trauma for so long and after cutting some ties with bad people who only made things worse amidst struggling through losing friends I cherished deeply, I hope that what I can achieve, is new beginnings as someone who's not ashamed of being himself... Normally tonight would be another night of self destruction, doom-scrolling through waves of bad news going on in the world, having thoughts of hopelessness, tonight I'm going to leave this on loop and for once, not be the scared, depressed, broken me staying up all night... Please to anyone reading this, rest, love yourself, you don't want to lose anyone else you don't have to, it can feel selfish and disgusting and wrong to love yourself but, you need to, for those who love you... Thank you again artists, uploaders and etc. I hope you all find peaceful rest.

Take care of yourself bro. It can be lonely out there sometimes but we have the power to change our own circumstances even though sometimes it doesn't feel like it. We are the only things holding ourselves back. We've got to break free of the box we've put ourself in.

You know i just turned 40, and this hits so hard. I remember in my in my 20's, every weekend i would party, but somehow, i would always end up like the wolf in the art. 6 am can't sleep, but somehow everything seems beautiful and wonderful at this moment. This hits me with that same feeling. Thank you for this, i never thought i would have those feels ever again. Your channel is amazing.

I keep getting stuck in cycles of poor sleep hygiene. I'll be up till dawn, whether I'm desperate for sleep or just have enough energy to do simple things (drawing, playing video games, stretching, scrolling on social media [BAD IDEA], etc.). It's terrible when my mind won't shut off and keep ruminating on situations/scenarios. With this music (alongside the title and artwork) however, I feel a bit more soothed. I just hope my sleep issues don't impact my job. (As of right now, it is a little after 5:00 in the morning)
