I don't know if anything about "Chaos Code" has ever been explained up till now but I'm going to try to shed some light on what the heck is going on. I know explaining things is frowned upon round these parts but it's just so interesting mechanically. For as quickly as they went by, there's actually a lot going on in those clips. Almost too much. There is a mechanic called Chaos Shift. Pressing A+B normally would give you a short forward roll. But if you do it while performing most supers, it'll cancel them at the cost of 1 bar of meter. Essentially it's an RC. Also, you normally can't go from a special into a super. But at the cost of 1 additional meter, for 2 meter total since the super itself also costs 1, you can. Doing this also resets some of the scaling I believe, making the supers more damaging. Now the main mechanic to all this is Exceed Chaos, performed with B+C. It's essentially like Heat from "Melty Blood". When at 3 meter, the maximum amount, you enter a burst state that cancels your current attack and allows you to continually use meter burning mechanics as the meter bar gradually decreases. It's a bit of a risk since when you run out, you are locked out of gaining meter for quite a while. So when you see characters rapidly firing off supers, it's cause of Exceed Chaos. You can literally just super, cancel the super with the roll, and then super again. But doing it that way heavily scales everything past the first super. So instead, after each roll, if you perform a special or even just land a normal, the scaling is heavily decreased...substantially increasing damage. So going over that 2nd clip with Sagari: She activates Exceed Chaos to cancel the Izuna Drop and continue the combo, performing I think an EX shoryuken that then goes into a dive kick Super. Upon landing, she cancels the recovery with the Chaos Shift roll which is immediately followed up with another EX shoryuken into another dive kick Super. Does another Chaos Shift upon landing again but throws a projectile special instead followed by the dive kick Super one final time with the last of their remaining meter. And of course the rest of the combo happens from there. All in all, if I'm counting correctly, that's like an 8 or 9 meter combo. Going over the 3rd clip with Rui: You can see most of that plays out similarly. Though the main difference here is that due to the opponent getting hit high enough in the corner, Rui doesn't need to Chaos Shift roll. She just naturally hits with a normal instead followed directly into a Super and just repeats that, resulting in enough time and resources for 4 Supers. But at that point, without the scaling resets, it ends up coming in super hard by the end of all that, on top of the OTG scaling that also happened. I probably got a detail or two wrong, I like "Chaos Code" but I'm not an expert on all the nuances, but that's the general gist of what's going on in those clips to my understanding.

By the way the GGST Axl clip CAN kill at 15:10 (I'm 99% certain). The combo routing was EVER-SO-SLIGHTLY inefficient (after TK bomber you can fit more damage with cS 5H 214S [cS link achieveable and is only 1f slower than 5K, in this clip the opponent has the necessary height. However using 5H 214S risks an earlier wallbreak] AND after 214S a c.S link is possible which adds POSSIBLY 1 more dmg proration depending than 5K at the risk of a slower link). And judging from the hp he lives on 1 or 2 ingame hp so the small optimisation SHOULD be enough to kill. He can also kill by using IAD jD Bomber (probably) as his timestop starter which does more damage than cS and allows Axl to recover faster than the shown starter, but the screenpause shows a c.S starter Source?
