I used to have a really smooth old bissell clean view from 2003 it was nice you should try finding one of those thay are really rare but it would be nice to see one in your collection 😊👍

There could be a short in the circuit board that could cause it to malfunction. Perhaps opening it up and checking for anything could be the culprit.

I have the PH12 version of this vacuum (it's yellow and black and looks really cool.) I researched before I bought it and someone on Reddit said Sebo Bags work fine - WRONG (as you've learned.) When I found out how impossible to find or expensive their bags were, I was PISSED! But I had already ordered the Sebo Bags and what I ended up doing is removing the bag mount from the inside, leaving just the hose inlet exposed. I then used to zip ties to secure it in place. It works like a charm. Sorry you are having trouble with yours! That sucks!!!!

I wss very disappointed, still am. Dude had the audacity to overcharge me for a Fantom that was busted too, but that one still hasn't sold yet. I asked him two days ago if he could take this back and trade it for the Fantom, and so far he's not responding at all.

@thatvacuumgeek He told me that it's my fault for the machine failing because me letting it sit for two years in his mind damaged it. Even though that's something I couldn't have avoided because no bags were available?? It's obvious he sold me a junk machine, knew it shut off, and panicked and ripped out the old bag hoping I wouldn't find out until well after the return window closed. He was unfortunately successful

that's the exact issue my Windsor sensor s12 had when I first got it...mine needed the circuit boards replaced.

This is totally off-topic, but I got a Bissell Rewind Power Clean 18M9V from 2011! It was made in Korea, which I'm surprised about. I got it for $28 at a thrift store with all the attachments on it.

Check the bypass valve on the neck. I have an Essential G4 that did the same thing. Adjusted it for the altitude and that seems to have fixed it.

No you're just fine I understand that's why I like to go to vacuum cleaner shops and get my machines and is this model even available now you have a we thank you so much ever so much for your time and your wisdom on floor care industry because you wouldn't like me and inspire a lot of us aren't their latest or greatest floor care products and you have a right to be pissed because if I bought a machine and it didn't work I did the same thing if not worse so don't beat yourself up also have you done videos on pro-team vacuum cleaners

It is probably clogged in the lower hose in the base, check that out 😊 for clogs

Friend remove top cover there is a lil screw on board that you turn to adjust the bag adjustment on off relay according thru suction of hose .

I'm curious - does the front panel of the Sebo fit the Rubbermaid? It seems like if it did, removing the mount from the inside of the Rubbermaid would allow the mount on the Sebo to fit instead when it's close. I don't know LOL. Do you still have this? Are the bag holes on the Sebo and Rubbermaid the same size?

I'm thinking, and I'm just saying, the bag full issue and shut down could be the result of bad capacitors on the circuit board, or the bag sensor is dirty and tripped, and is shutting down to protect the unit. But I don't really know. BTW did you ever repair this thing?

Try cutting off the bag Inlet Seal with a Razor Blade just draw an x on the Bag Inlet to see if this works for you I have had to do that to some vacuum bags that will just not Open properly on the Inlet Seal casuing my Vacuums ByPass Valve to be stuck Open all the Time

Take the bag or filter out and see if it is something with those 2. That filter does look a little dirty. Maybe the sensor is picky. It is a knock off.
