at 6:29 the final round changes from 120 to 140 and the towers move, implying that ISAB redid the entire challenge off screen.

That man is the most stoic grinder I have ever seen. Doesn't even mention the fact that he redid an entire challenge. The man will go to round 200 and then realize he screwed something up and redo the entire challenge. Twice. Absolute animal.

As one of your older viewers (I guess at 41yo) the ISAB lore and shout out to the black and white gameboy felt like a warm hug. And yes, the kids have it easy these days. 😅 I've just recently introduced btd6 to my 7yo son. Now passing on the TD knowledge I've gathered since Flash Element TD back in 2007. 🙌🏼

*Technically,* provided you don't need precise timings (like with rhythm games, platformers, action games, actually quite a lot) you can play any game using just two buttons. One button switches the selected action, the other button activates (you can scale this down to one button, two, but that's just unrealistic). This can, in fact, generalize to any game on any input device I'm aware of.

i think btd6 could be played with a gameboy as the controller. itd be super clunky but moving the cursor with the dpad; clicking with a; and then maybe b could change you into a 'selection" mode where instead of the cursor; it highlights something in the menus youre on and the dpad moves for that; like with nothing itd go to the abilities and tower sidebar; when on a tower itd go up and down for upgrades; selling and targetting; etc itd almost certainly feel awful to play but itd be doable i think

Fun Fact: Magis Perfectus is perfectly allowed in this challenge since it and its Tier 5s all have a Monkey's face. VTSG is also possible (assuming no CHIMPS), but hard, due to being forced to spam SMFCs and MIBs.

I still have my gameboy advanced SP with the original metroid zero mission cartridge, and that too took me years to beat, but now whenever i play that, i can finish the game within an hour, and that has grown into an addiction

I remember when I was a kid and went to a vacation with my parents there was this one kid that had a gameboy and that's probably the first time I experienced jealousy 😂 I thought this kid was the luckiest kid in the world, gameboy at the time seemed like technology reached its peak. 20-ish years later and here we are, I'm watching this video on a device that's eons ahead of a gameboy
