Well it’s impossible to be admired/missed by everyone. For a lot of viewers he was funny and always ready for action, for others might not. I always feel sad when someone leaves Yianni. We all get used to them after seeing them every week on TWAY.

Very high turn around of staff you say. Nicco and mark 10/11 years Gina 8 years Bert 7/8 years, Gus Elliot 3/4 years, Naomi 3 years, andrew 4/5 years, Tev 2/3 years, Pav 10 years, chris 3 years. .. Think about why these are here and the others are not.. You don’t have staff staying long if they are not happy.. I’m afraid to say this is a business not a social charity club.

seeing a lot of flack about people not being there anymore, fact is that Yiannimize is a business, people come and go in businesses all the time. all we see is a 30min video once a week, not what really goes on when the cameras aren't rolling. i wish all the staff who have left well with their careers and amped to "meet" the new starters, all i really care about when watching TWAY is the epic work these guys do and hope to one day get me some of that merch......being in South Africa the chances of my car being wrapped by them is slim to none, so i all i can do is hope to get some swag!

Lol! The basic answer is: Its his business and he can do what he wants, he pays the bills. Thing is, it's bit more involved then that. He has a responsibility to the staff, to the customers and to himself. If people talk disrespectfully to him, then you have to stem it or the cancer spreads. It's just business.
