INSANE bike! Incredible offroader. This, by FAR, is the most comfortable eBike I've reviewed and ridden. Handles SO much like a motorcycle, but feels light at the same time. Couldn't be happier with it. The saga continues on this bike with ‪@MrCentralDriver‬

Based on looks alone, this bike is easily in the top 3 of moped style ebikes on the market today. Specs are decent compared to a market saturated with dated and boring 750W and 48v systems. This is definitely more bang for your buck (imo) compared to any Super73 model. I put this bike in the same category with the Raev Bullet GT/GTX, and the upcoming Juiced Hyperscrambler X2. With that said, even with a 1000w hub motor, 35a controller and a 52v 20ah battery, 2024 seems to be the year 52V is becoming the standard, and several companies are already pushing 60V and 72V systems. Case in point: The new Wired Freedom is a 60V system with a 45a controller. It's main competitor E-cells Five Star is also a 60V system with a 40a controller. The upcoming Lyric Graffiti X will be a 3000W motor paired with a 60V 40ah battery and 60a controller... When it comes to a 72V system, Spark Cycleworks will be releasing the Brute in the coming months. Now I get it, the Lyric and Spark are considerably more expensive, but you get phenomenal specs with either of the two. On the other hand, the Wired and E-cells appear to give customers the best bang for your buck at the moment. This bike is certainly appealing, along with the "cool factor." Regulations and safety aside and knowing manufacturers need to follow guidelines, along with discourse amongst traditional cyclists and ebike riders (i.e., sharing the same trails), I'm just happy to see more entries to the ebike space, which should fuel innovation and competition, and it looks like we as the customers win.

I got the Raev GT & GTX, & this is the only other bike I kept going back & forth on, but definitely want to add this DRT one to my rides

I'm actually looking at the Revv1 soft tail, Wired Freedom or Cruiser (updated version) or the Engwe X26. All dual battery. The X26 has the best look to it, the Revv1 just looks like the perfect ride experience and the Wired bikes have both the speed and range I like. So far leaning towards the Freedom.

I really love the looks of this one more than most on the market right now but I really wish the battery hadd the ability for at least thirty miles and the controller was at least forty amps . I know you can add another battery but that's another five hundred to a thousand dollars.

The placement of the front fender for this is super weird looking. I co-sign the leaving it off. The FS version of this with the road tires has a much more sensible fender. But I guess if you're actually motor-crossing it'd be worth it.

You need to get your hands on a The Motor Goat V3 by Goat Power Bikes. They say it goes 40-50 mph depending on weight, and I haven’t seen any quality reviews.

Juiced joyrides has a Nice video and i got the bike. Way more worth it than these bikes "big" brands. Granted it may not look nice to some. I weigh about 185 and can get up to 40 mph and even 48 downhill.

Depends on how hard you pedal (that's why I do the tests without pedalling. It would be too variable).

Like the look but it's. Think they missed a trick with the frame centre. That could have had two sides to it to carry cargo or a small bag or even a 2nd battery. Love fat tyre bikes.

Yep, that's the weakness of most eBikes. You'd need a mid-drive motor to get that torque.

The only real advantage I see here is more placement options for a second battery, which is a strong pro. The Ghostcat also looks great! I love the color ways on those!

@@dinobot4599 Yes that's the only disadvantage of the Ghostcat, I won't riding to group rides on the Ghostcat, I'll be taking it there by truck. I have a 2nd battery on my Super 73 ZX which I love, but it doesn't have any suspension.

It’s not faster. I was expecting motor goat type of performance, but motor goat blows this out of the water in every way but looks. The Drt looks incredible but I’m still not getting it if it can’t keep up with traffic. I’ll pass. I’m so disappointed

This isn't meant for traffic....... Motor goat is also 60volts, so of course it's going to have higher top speed.

Well this isn't an e mountain bike, which is a completely different type of bike which would be suitable for rough terrain It's an off-road version of an already existing bike.
