Leigh Ann there is a family on you tube that have a nonverbal autistic child who I think is 19 this year but she communicate with some signing but they got her a mini iPad and set up a program and through much repetition she is now able to communicate with them what she wants, what she needs and some feelings and I know those things he had or has on older vlogs and if you need he would talk to you and help you. Good luck
