when i don't have time i like to cook this very easy, quick and very tasty recipe.
It does not take a lot of ingredients and everything and cooks right in the pan, really I never get tired of this recipe‼ ️
If you have rice, a few vegetables to choose from and meat, be it beef, chicken, veal whatever the result is the same!
You can replace the meat with white fish or omit the protein if you
are vegetarian for example☺️

olive or neutral oil of your choice
