stunning video !!!!!!! its crazy because youre talking about not wanting to get up that early in the morning and it happens to me all the time especially when i have a full time job in construction and its bad enough i get up at 5: Am every morning ..but ill tell u that on the weekends when i do photography n i get up at 3:30 or 4 am most of the time i dont want to get up ..but those mornings that i dont want to get up i come home with the best photos cause it would be the best light ever or the best drive ever ..so i totally understand u !!!!!!!!!! thank u for that beautiful video n GOD BLESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was soo soo good! I've been there and stood where you were stood. Watching this brought it all back to me. I should have been going there again this year but covid has scuppered any travel plans for me this year. Next time I go I am going to do sunrise at the top!

I wish I went every morning we were there but I was too lazy. Won't be the last time we head to Skye. Just need Covid to get lost and we're all good

An interesting “take” obviously professional however I enjoyed this unusual and refreshing video, like you I’ve climbed up the path through the eerie forest ( now chopped down) at 4 am to position my tripod on the ridge for that one amazing shot and nearly forgot to press the shutter as I immersed my thoughts on this landscape with no one else about unusually!

Far out! Stunning location and stunning shots. You absolutely nailed it. Skyes the limit (sorry, bad pun). As far as sunrises go I love a good sunset 😁 I used to see the odd sunrise after stumbling home from working in bars, but I think we've only been up at the crack of to see the sunrise a couple of times. Nearly got divorced once because I was a bit tardy rolling out of my sleeping bag for a sunrise over the Serengeti. Yeah, it was just like the start of the Lion King. Not too shabby at all. And to think I nearly slept through it. 😏 Another time it was the 12 Apostles. That one wasn't horrible either.😀

Hahaha I can relate. My husband is also quite tardy when it comes to sunrises or sunsets. On the Serengeti though!? That must've been mind blowing.

@@Steph_davis It is one of those unique special places. Sitting with a pride of lions as the sun rose.😍 I am reminded quite often how I nearly ruined our magical experience. I just say we got there didn't we... 😁 I couldn't recommend East Africa more. But with places like Skye in your backyard the UK is pretty set up for unique experiences too

@@ShaneNixonFamily my goal before we leave here is to do a safari. Seems like a shorter trip from this end rather than from Australia! Would've gone this year, but...you know who came along 🤦

@@Steph_davis Last year were about to book a trip to Namibia for about now. But we were short of funds so we cancelled. Then some really cheap flights to Japan came up so we booked them. We were supposed to leave next week 😀

@@Steph_davis Africa would be cheaper for you for sure. When were about to book we found that Africa flights are about as expensive as it gets from Oz. But yeah, totally consider East Africa. We did 3 safaris. Kenya, Tanzania and the gorilla in Uganda and Rwanda. And yes it was awesome. We chilled on the beach in Zanzibar about half way through. That was before the kids came along. We are planning a self drive with the kids through Namibia. Probs 2022 now. 😀
