Fantastic actor. Brilliant character renditions. Quality performances every time. Much underrated. Followed Mr Spalls work from his beginnings. The best.

Haha yeah who knew Barry would turn out to be one of our acting titans! His range, especially in the Leigh films, is extraordinary. Was also excellent playing Albert Pierrepoint.

U could tell he wasn't Brummie in AWP cuz he would pronounce "after" and "bath" like a southerner. Always irritated me and made me wonder why the hell the director didn't tell him to say "afftah" and "baffff"

I personally think he looks gaunt and a bit unwell due to it. Hope his health is fine and he'll adjust to his weight loss, but it does take a lot of getting used to, not seeing him chubby!

In 1996 Timothy was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia, but has since been in remission.

2 Cents losing weight ain't all ways a good thing. Depends what's causing you to lose weight like an underlying health problem.

@@jasonkey7559 He did have poor health for a long time, but he has been open about his weight loss being simply due to eating less and getting a bit more excercise. In fact his poor health may have been more the cause of his weight gain in the past, so his current weight is a double blessing.

not even a minor part of the video but I've never understood the point of speaking with your hands. you speak with your words. so speak with your words. your body language is worthless. use your words and communicate what you mean.😊

Hard to know where to start with how wrong that is. Go and get an intro look at the huge sub-field of study in psychology called nonverbal communication. Actors, politicians, police master and exploit it; the rest of us just live it every waking moment.
