Why am i not surprised? You seem to be in your element when you're there. You seem so much more relaxed and at peace. You're a true Ghana girl at heart. Im happy for you. 🙂

I don’t blame you for moving back home to Ghana. The UK is a sinking ship and a scam, you work and you get nothing back in return, just bills and tax, plus the terrible weather and the misery of the people. Enjoy Ghana and I wish you much success and happiness, you only live once 🖤

I love this area of Accra. East Legon is brilliant for young families. Its a great place for us in the diaspora, particularly coming from London as the conveniences are similar with all the cafes, malls, etc. As an investment it looks great. If I was a young single professional moving back to Ghana, then im sure this apartment would be great to live. Moving back with a family...children that need outdoor space to run around ....a house is my preference. x

I was so excited for this video but was so disappointed because it is clearly a promotional piece for this developer and it would have been more interesting to see you looking at properties that you might be interested in and knowing what your requirements are rather than him just selling his developments. I am happy and excited for your move.

The way this man was talking and selling the Belmont, I expected to see more than concrete. Wouldn’t put money on someone else’s dream. She should consider the timeframe and cost if the project is delayed or the price increases over time due to the money market shifting and materials cost.

To be fair, I do own a unit at Oasis Park and I can say that CPL is good. I rent my unit out via airbnb. The uncompleted projects can be risky but CPL can be trusted. They do have four completed projects around Accra. I have recommended someone who did successfully buy at one of their other projects and it worked out. As always, there is always the "tacky salesman" element to all of this. 😅 It is part of the real estate business though...

I don't understand why living next ro an Airport is a big deal in Ghana. Who wants to here the loud sound of jet engine noise every day when you are trying to have peace and quiet. In abroad, having a property next to an Airport is a bad thing.

@OMG-vt3nk

Hi, I think the issue is more about the challenge of reaching the airport in a reasonable amount of time, especially in heavily populated African cities where traffic congestion can be a nightmare. Imagine spending 3 or more hours stuck in traffic, which is considered normal, and the journey to the airport could take up to 6 hours. I hope this explanation helps! 😃
@kwesiasante7752
@kwesiasante7752 Ай бұрын
@OMG-vt3nk I don't think Africans commute to work by private jets Monday to Friday. So I still don't get the fascinating about living next to noisy Jet engine and smell of jet fuel in the air.

Let’s not even mention internet in Ghana. How slow and unreliable it is, the cost. She was complaining about the cost of petrol to driving to Northampton once a week.
