An easy to make and so good lemon cake! A very simple and very soft cake to enjoy a gourmet break at any time of the day.
🔻ingredients:
1 jar of sweetened condensed milk 397g
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
zest of a lemon
80ml oil (1/3 cup)
180g all-purpose flour (1 cup + 1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons of baking powder 10g
juice of half a lemon
24cm diameter mold
cook for 30 minutes at 170C
icing sugar
