Restaurant ware has to be heavy because of the industrial dishwashers and it holds heat well, I love it too.

I just got back from a flea market where I spotted the Westinghouse fridge dish in yellow. It was in perfect condition. If I hadn't seen this video I probably would not have noticed it. The dealer was surprised I knew what it was. The best part, it was $10. It definitely came home. Thanks for all the knowledge you give your viewers.

I have Buffalo China restaurant ware. I grew up there and we could go to the factory and buy from there. I use it everyday. It is white with black trim.
