Those beds definitely need work sale them on fresh pinestraw or mulch and weed block makes a big difference and in this business you should only take on customer that are 10 to 12 months out of the year if not I wouldn't do thete lawns also high end yards is the money so learn much as u can we do everything on our properties

Got it boss, this is not our regular Customer they just wanted us to do the scrubs and they going to handle the rest on their own. Trust me it was a nice corner lot I would to take on the property but we can only do what the customers request.

@BrownsQualityLawnCareLLC from a business man you can make money doing those yards but as u grow only take on really nice lawns I promise you the money is there I'm in Columbia sc we will not do a yard less.its 85 and up as if today I have 224 customers 5 guys and 3 trucks running daily and we are getting 125 and up on the regular all year around and we do full weed control hardscaping and landscaping project
