Hey guys! For those of you who are not familiar with this type of art, everything you see in this video is made in the paper quilling technique, out of paper strips that are 4 mm and 5 mm wide + a little bit of glue.

Hallo Miriam, wunderschön ! Jede Blume ist dem Original so genau nachempfunden, dass man sie kaum unterscheiden kann. Ich bin begeistert. Was für eine schöne Arbeit. Miriam, I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasure it was to watch this stunning piece of art germinate, grow and bloom into a meadow full of beautiful flowers. Wildflowers are especially beautiful because they are so delicate and fragile. You render each one perfectly with, as always, such detail and observation. I can’t believe you’ve never seen a cornflower, they are one of my favourites- a pop of electric blue that is unmistakable. And to even attempt a foxglove, given how complex they are, you did an excellent job. The final piece is the perfect marriage of botany and paper. Take a bow my dear 👏👏👏. ❤😘

Thank you so much, Orla! 🩷 It's always a pleasure reading your comments. This is one of my favorite projects I've made, I just love wild flowers :). And, yes, I don't know how 🤷🏻‍♀️, but I just have never seen cornflowers, or at least I don't remember seeing them 🙈. Maybe because they're found more in open meadows ? (and I haven't had chances to get to such places). I can imagine they are a real pop of color amongst the other flowers. Just the other day I was strolling along a lovely path with so many chamomile flowers. They are so pretty! I am very happy to hear you enjoyed my video of this special and extensive project I've been working on. Have a great week! 😊🌿

how do you find that thick paper that you use for the stems and stuff? I have not found any paper that thick before. I know some people glue two layers of regular quilling paper together but yours looks even thicker than that. By the way, I love your quilling and agree with everyone it is very relaxing and just beautiful. The quilling is beautiful but watching you make it is also beautiful.
