What I have learned: chestnuts in China are much better quality than chestnuts in Spaim.

u2影片有作特效吧~ 我試了很多手法都一樣很難去內膜,還學用u2影片中🇯🇵太太用刀把內膜切起來, 🇯🇵u2影片中有種剪🌰的剪刀,我上網搜尋了一下不太貴很平價我想買了試看看。

コレは栗の種類によっては剥きにくい、水気が多いってことになるかもしれないですね。ただ茹でただけで水っぽくなる栗もあります。日本には簡単に剥ける種類の栗もあります。洗うのはイガグリから出すので塩は必要ないかと。菌は熱でほぼ居なくなると思います。水つけは虫排除のために必要かもしれませんが。小さい実の段階から潜り込まれていたら出てこないかも知れませんが。茹でるのは圧力鍋でもできます。自分はしぶ皮を剥くのが大変なので渋皮煮にしてしまう方が多いですね。

Pretty useless, especially using a large cleaver on a tiny chestnut. Accidents waiting to happen. The title is misleading with all these work done, do we really need to wash you washing chestnuts, TWICE?
