How does the leather look in person? Is it a natural shiny look like Allen Edmonds, or very glossy and unnatural like Ecco?

I don't know what Allen Edmonds is but this type is more Ecco style, which is one of the best shoe brands to me. But they have lot different types and looks the cheapest is glossy.
