I just loved your herbed olive oil garlic confit One of my favorites it’s a perfect way to flavor up bread for dipping I am making the garlic nice and sweet. Melon and prosciutto are definitely a perfect combination between sweet and salty. And I always love heirloom tomato bruschetta
