Separate the yolks from the whites.
Sugar 45g / 1.5oz.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
2 egg whites.
Sugar 60 gr / 2 oz.
Flour 120 gr / 4 oz.
Mix gently.
Baking tray approx. 36 x 23 cm / 14 x 9 inches.
Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
The result should be a cake with a hard and crispy consistency.
Save the leftovers for decorating.
