Lily's confidence has grown significantly from her first appearance, and I'm loving it. Every crew member has started off all shy and unsure, and eventually become comfortable enough in their skin that they all grow to be favorites on the show!

Homemade pasta is amazing, tastes so much better than the store bought thing, and making it by hand can be relaxing for some people too (just zoning out and kneading dough).

This is the first I've seen of Nadia, and she's awesome. Her warmth was enough to charm even Josh into wanting a big hug! Josh and Lily's dynamic is entertaining, as always. I think this is my favorite cooking thing I've seen in a long time.

I love Nadia and I especially love her passion for pasta which literally runs in her veins. I would love for her to come back and maybe they do a gnocchi dish or lasagna (even though she got into some heat for her lasagna since she adds hard boil eggs to it but it’s a family recipe)

It’s been great to see Lily’s personality come out as she’s got more comfortable in front of the camera. This episode vs the first couple she appeared on are worlds apart! 🙂

When I worked for the Olive Garden, WE HAD FRESH PASTA. I was a “pasta maker,” so I know for certain. It used to be a decent restaurant, but that was 30 years ago.🍝🥙🥖🍷🍰

One of my favorite channels is Pasta Grannies, which goes around to different towns in Italy to have little old ladies make special kinds of pasta. It's just the best thing ever, and I've learned so much about pasta making!

She's so straight laced I doubt she did, but then again I didn't really think about it that way either since I took context from the body language. I really enjoy her contrast with the rest of the crew. She's always got that "I'm being held hostage by these crazy people, please get me out of here vibe".
