This is certainly an exquisite villa. The renovations are perfect. But the interior design and furnishings are superb and beyond comparison. I had to keep pausing the video to drink in the colors, and absolute symmetry of the gorgeous interiors. It is worth every penny of the asking price. Thank you Danilo for such a great viewing. Ciao! This is a Villa of my dreams! It just gets better and better, but do not know how much grander it could possibly become!? No one looking can wait forever and sooner or later a choice must truly be made. This one should make most anyone very happy! The surroundings and the pool and love that it is so private! You even have a housekeepers special uartr and near laundry area so she can do it when she pleases and all still will work out for all. It all still would get done, even if she was behind one day. You are showing such a varitey of types of houses and this is great! Everyone is so different. Thank you Danilo!

This is a truly gorgeous house. I am usually not one to like a Rococo-like interior, but that is so well-done and so warm and welcoming. I appreciated Danilo's comment about all the separate small living spaces being united by the common flooring (and common colors in decor!) while they each remain cozy. I love that, and I never thought about that dynamic before. Kudos to whomever chose the music! It was food for the soul, and fit the mood of the property. (Nothing worse than a video of an historic house with cool modern jazz playing!) Very well done this week, Danilo! Thank you for the tour.

I have a couple of comments. 1. This villa is the most gorgeous property I have ever seen on your channel or any real estate channel. I have fun every Wednesday to watch the videos before guessing the asking price. In this case I was waaayyy off. I guessed 3 times above!....What the heck? This is by far the best value i have ever witnessed. It is like a mint diamond fresh out of the jeweler. 2. I will repeat once again. The craft behind the creation of each video is the gold standard of anything I have ever seen on KZfaq. I can only guess the amount of people involved, from the staging, lighting, camera, editing, fashion choices of the handsome Danilo,etc. May i suggest finishing with a credit roll at the end or including the information in the description?
