Nowhere around where I live has tiramisu so my favorite dessert to get is cheesecake

Cheese cake, and anything chocolate or banana and coconutty.

But - they still look kind of soaked in the end, no?

​@@Semmeleinja, meiner Meinung nach taucht sie die Biskuits etwas zu lange ein. Ich tauche die Biskuits von jeder Seite vielleicht ne Sekunde ein und es ist perfekt. Das Tiramisu schwimmt dann nicht in Kaffee, was ich auch nicht mag.

I actually think he’s annoying af. It’s so childish and not even funny lmao. He’s a grown man making stupid faces and video bombing his sister’s cooking videos… like. Just having her in the videos is enough. She has enough beauty, personality, and talent! That’s just my opinion though lol idk why but he’s just so irritating to me

@@SMAnthonyW She is clearly okay with it. He isn't video bombing, he's in several videos. Plus he's just having fun and it isn't even super noticeable

@@SMAnthonyW To each their own, he isn't annoying to me but I don't notice him that often or take notice of what he's doing. Just ignore him if you don't like him and focus on her instead. His behavior is more endearing to me than it is childish, I'd hardly call it childish for the matter as it's more of attitude rather than behavior for me that makes someone childish.

You can pasteurize the yolks..I am sure you can easily find out how to do it, just google it There are a couple of different ways to do it..either in thr microwave or bain-marie. It's a safer way to make tiramisù and doesn't change the consistency/taste at all 😊

If the eeg is not old and has no crackes its fine. The bacteria like salmonella are on the outside on the shell. If you want you can wash them right befor you use them.

Eggs themselves don’t really cause sickness, it’s the shell that carries bacteria. The reason why there’s a risk with eating raw eggs is because when you break it open, the white and/or yolk could come into contact with the shell on the outside. If you’re careful when handling eggs, there’s not much to worry about. But if you want to be extra careful, you can always prepare the cream in a bain-marie and let the eggs heat up such that you reduce bacterial growth (but don’t get it so hot that the eggs start cooking, which is why you should always be whisking!).

I have an eggless recipe, it's basically just whipped cream, cream cheese (mascarpone), sugar and a bit of liqueur (amaretto) or rum. It's not exactly the same, but it still tastes nice.

True, at least overnight. I prefer putting the cocoa powder topping shortly before eating it though.
