I’ve seen many if not most of your recent videos and this is the property that I would buy if I could. Beautiful inside and out. That study at the end would also make a serene art studio. Thanks, Nick, for your thorough and detailed videos. I’ve seen others that were so brief (one video was all about the pool and the master suite) as to b useless and meaningless. Yours are fantastic. You are so honest that I’d buy a beat-up old car from you if you said that it worked fine.

Hey Mr. Nick--I just love the sound of your giggle when you see a beautiful thing on the properties. Your enthusiasm is so contagious!! This is an incredibly gorgeous piece of property and the view is well worth the price alone. Now I just need 900,000 euros and I'm there!! It always leaves me gobsmacked that anyone would sell a piece of heaven like this (yes, I get there are extenuating circumstances...). I'd be happy to serve as housekeeper if I could live there. If the land is owned by the church, does the owner still have to pay tax on anything? Is the fireplace in the kitchen in working order? Was there a purpose for all the nooks and crannies in the deconsecrated church?? With as isolated as that place/church is, I'm suprised there were that many people in the area to make up a proper congregation. Do any of those wooden ceiling beams have wormwood or have they all been treated? Is the fireplace in the master bedroom working? There have been very few houses in your compendium that I wouldn't do anything to in terms of redecorating or repainting, but I believe this may be one of them. I'm not a huge fan of the 'rustic' look, but I honestly don't think I'd change anything in this house. Well, might update the kitchen cabinets a bit to add more storage or put in a pantry...also, would put the laundry room inside, but that's just me; not a deal breaker...the closer for me is the church space--it would make a fantastic quilting studio!! Excellent video and property!! Ya hit another one out of the park, mi amici!!!

Hi Nick, when you mentioned the name of the home I was immediately catapulted into the film "Under the Tuscan Sun" the house Bramasole that's when I fell in love with Italy. Later through my job in tourism had the opportunity to visit some places and would you believe it I instantly felt I have finally returned home after an epic journey the fragrance of the flora and fauna alone was a welcome home sensation. Presently still in the Antarctic zone. Keep up the great informational films, thank you.

this is the first time i have seen any of your projects and it is absolutely amazing;i enjoyed every minute of seeing the details .If i may one suggestion it is that you try to also show the roof which sometimes is difficult depending on the terrain.I am kind of a roof nut and especially like thatched roofs .the time you took to walk a potential customer thru the house is appreciated by all who view your work

I hope this amazing well kept property will be bought of an Europian citizen which understand and respect it´s nature and historical saga. Not by someone with loads of money and urge to change it in any way as installing modern laundry room, enlargening the windows, tear down walls or do any kind of damaging changes. Thank you for this video it is amazing and you are the perfect guide to show properties like this.

Came across this video and I’m heartbroken to find this property has sold. It is absolutely my dream property in every way.

This is indeed a stunningly beautiful property but it’s isolation concerns me for safety reasons. I’d fear being robbed.

That later extension bit needs to be looked at by the local council. And you need to follow through on the plans to make sure it was given permission to be built. Otherwise , you could be asked to pull it down. Because one thing with Italian properties is that the original plans that come with the house is what your buying, and of course any extensions and alterations to the home. As long as planning permission was given. A good lawyer is always recommended for this. I am soon going to be looking for such isolation as regards a home that I can live in. This home was everything I could have wished for. The mature gardens is a bonus. The inside and outside is a marriage made in heaven. But this property can only ever be a dream for me. BUT THIS WAS AN AMAZING VIDEO to watch.

While these homes out in the countryside are lovely, as someone who is buying a house in Italy, we wanted to be close to town so we can walk to restaurants and cafes and be part of a community. Aren’t there houses for sale closer to town?
