Mugello Classic 2024 by Peter Auto - Maxi-Highlights with Endurance Racing Legends, Group C & More!

The 2024 Mugello Classic race at the Italian Mugello circuit is the first stage of the track championship dedicated to historic cars organized by Peter Auto. In my opinion, it's one of the best events of this type to be seen in Europe. Over 300 vehicles, all of high level, took part divided into nine different categories. My long racing weekend lasted four days, and it wasn't easy to select from the hundreds of clips that were made. This Highlights maxi-video serves to give you a general idea of how many wonders on wheels were present. From the 1950s, through touring cars, Group Cs and the modern Endurance Racing Legend cars, at this event, we always find a variety of vehicles to leave the large audience and enthusiasts satisfied. As always, the heart beats very fast when seeing the extraordinary Group C cars powered by large V8, V10 and V12 engines. Finally, it is adorable to be able to walk around the paddocks, observe the cars up close and follow the Warm-Up phases. I have to thank my friends and KZfaqrs ‪@19Bozzy92‬ & ‪@NM2255‬, with whom I collaborated to create this video. Enjoy! 😉
La gara Mugello Classic 2024 presso il circuito italiano del Mugello è la prima tappa del campionato su pista dedicato alle auto storiche organizzato da Peter Auto. A mio avviso si tratta di una delle migliori manifestazione di questo tipo che si possano vedere in Europa. Oltre 300 vetture, tutte di alto livello, vi hanno preso parte divise in 9 differenti categorie. Il mio lungo weekend di gare è durato quattro giorni ed è stato davvero difficile selezionare tra le centinaia di clip realizzate. Questo maxi-video di Highlights serve per darvi un'idea generale di quante meraviglie su ruote erano presenti. Dagli anni 50, passando per le vetture turismo, le Gruppo C e le moderne auto dell'Endurance Racing Legend a questo evento troviamo sempre una varietà di auto da lasciare soddisfatto il folto pubblico e gli appassionati. Come sempre il cuore batte molto forte nel vedere le straordinarie vetture Gruppo C mosse dai grossi motori V8, V10 e V12. Risulta infine straordinariamente bello poter girare nei paddock, osservare le auto da vicino e seguire le fasi di Warm-Up.

@@Italiansupercarvideo you know how I feel about racing. I wish I could be there with you. I won't be able to go to Longbeach or Fontana this year. My friend that use to work for Newman Haas Racing Now runs the shop for Andretti Green since he is 63. I won't get to visit him at all. Once my 68' Cougar is done I can at least go to our local car shows. I may try to go to the vintage racing at Coronado Island here in San Diego, but I doubt if I will even make that this year. I'm living through your eyes brother. As my friend's second out of 8 kids use to say, " Rock On" !; love your show.

watched this morning as i was working yesterday. the warm up at the start of the video was mega. To hear that Bentley Speed 8 brought back some great memories of a wonderful year of racing. You got amazing shots of the open bays of the engines, and suspension layouts in the rear of the car. So beautiful how they packaged the turbos and exhaust together. The radiator layouts were beautiful as well. I could almost hear the driver of the Speed 8 when he spun coming out of the hairpin "please ,please don't hit the wall"😓🤞🤞🙏🙏.The group C cars were absolutely stunning , we are so lucky to get to see these cars still driven in anger. I will be watching this video multiple times to see all the things i missed the first time. You are a treasure to be protected at all costs for bringing us this footage. 😁😁 Some favorites were the Ferrari 512 BBLM , the Lancia Beta Montecarlo, the John Paul Sr. and Jr. Porsche 935 winning Daytona 24hrs car( i think that was it). just to name a few. (side note, i wonder what the dollar amount would be for all of the cars on track at one time? could it be calculated ? )

I never considered how many hundreds of millions of dollars in total car value...😅 These are things I never thought about, but you're right. I'm happy that you liked the video; I will also calmly release specific videos on some of these cars where, together with my friends with whom I collaborated, we managed to do some onboard 😉👍

There were spectators, mainly in the meadows around the circuit, certainly a few thousand. I also saw a lot of people in the pits to see the cars up close and hear the roar of the engines.

These venues are mostly very pleasant to be at. Because there aren't too many people, access to pits and paddocks are easy and well to oversee. I can highly recommend going. We always pick Spa Classic.

Si, non ti voglio anticipare troppo, penso che l'amico @19bozzy92 sarà il primo a fare uscire un video su questa vettura. Si tratta della vettura test/prototipo della Bentley Speed 8 che prima di montare il motore Twin-Turbo, per eseguire i test di funzionamento dell'auto e del telaio, hanno installato un motore V8 aspirato Cosworth. Era il periodo in cui si stava concretizzando l'acquisto di Bentley da parte del gruppo Audi/VW. Il progetto risulto valido per la dirigenza tedesca che infatti diede il via alla produzione delle auto da corsa ma con il motore che successivamente divenne, per ovvie ragioni, quello dell'Audi Twin-Turbo. Dunque esiste solo questa in versione aspirata. Una meraviglia a livello uditivo 👍

@@Italiansupercarvideo ah benissimo, grazie mille per le info. Ecco perché non si trova nulla in merito a questo prototipo. È un prototipo del prototipo praticamente. A livello di sound e di decibel è decisamente più interessante e chiassoso rispetto al V8 Audi.
