Grazie per un altro video! Sei così brava a fare questi video. Hai una personalità amichevole e calorosa which makes it a pleasure to spend a lot of time watching the vlogs. La velocità del discorso è perfetta per me. I go through the Italian transcript line by line with an online dictionary and break off to watch grammar videos to understand tricky bits, so it takes a while. My favourite are 5-7 minute videos since they are more manageable to break down and I tend to listen to them more times so get more repeated exposure to the language. But, I'm happy for anything and I learn so much every time!

That’s good to know, especially about the length! With podcasts it is harder, as I always end up chatting for too long….. but with videos I can work on that ahaha

Che peccato che hanno cancellato tutte le tue recenzioni! Non è giusto! Volentieri ripeto qui che tu sei la mia insegnante preferita. I nostri incontri mi hanno sempre motivato e piaciuto un sacco e mi hanno aiutato tanto parlare in italiano. Sei davvero simpatica e bravissima come insegnante!

Thank you Elena for your very interesting and useful video. I have a question to you: you say you are no longer on iTalki because they did not want you to be there (i might also have understood it wrong=. What is the reason why are you not on iTalki as a teacher? I am also on iTalki as a teacher, so it makes me wonder. I appreciate your answer

Ciao again Viktoria :) there is not only one reason I would say. For starters I started a "real" job, so I didn't have much time anymore to teach full time, so I just kept a couple of "old" students and stopped being available for new ones. I also couldn't make enough money on Italki, both because of low prices and because of the commission that Italki keeps. Finally, I found out after a while that Italki had cancelled my profile, so I guess that was the final reason for me to stop ahaha
