Meditation ..Yoga...Pranayam 30 min...500 claps in the morn and Evevning....really Clapping is helping me in every way ... Lost my Dad 2 months back and went into deep anxiety stress and depression....i took anti depressives fr 2 weeks but now out of it thanks to pranayam and Clapping and Tapping of the body... Had completely lost sense of taste for a month due to the trauma but now its returned ... Baaki follow what ever Dr Sahab says...if needed do take medicines with Pranayam etc... Thingscwill be better...i also take 3 Bel Patra leaves early morning empty stomach ...that has kept me free frm diabtese...cholestrol etc... Still as a precaution my Doctor has prescribed Eco Doppler with anti depression tablets...that i will get it done...
