またまた11月、ポルチーニの季節には、なかなか予約の取れないモデナの山間部にあるレストランCa' Cerfogliへ

夫が休暇を取っている平日のランチだったら予約取れるかなと電話してみると、幸運にも予約できました。
当日、予約は12:30でちょうどに着くと、お店の人たちまだまかないを食べてました。私たちの後にもどんどんお客さんが到着して、あっという間に満席。
私たちが食べたのは：
黒トリュフののったフラン
ポルチーニのトルテッローニ（この店で一番人気）
ポルチーニのタリアテッレ
ピエモンテ産ビーフのタルタル＋ポルチーニ（夫）
ビーフのタリアータ＋ポルチーニ（私）
ドルチェも・・・と思っていましたが辿り着けませんでした。
ワインもグラス１杯ずついただいて、一人30ユーロ程度。
予約が取れないのも納得の美味しさと料金。
本当はポルチーニのフライを食べたかったのですが、このレストランはフライは新鮮な
ポルチーニでしかしないというこだわりがあるらしく、前の週までで新鮮なポルチーニのシーズン終了で、食べられませんでした。フライは6月から10月中旬ごろまでとのこと。
夏にも食べられるなんて知りませんでした。
来年は、夏に行きます！
食事の後は、少し足を伸ばして、モデナの山間部の秋の景色を見に行くことに。
山の方に進んでいくと、天気が怪しくなり、気温もぐっと下がり雪が降った後の様でした。

すっかり冬よりの秋の景色が広がっていました。
今はきっともうスキーシーズンに入っているので、スキー客で賑わっていると思います。
モデナの山間部は美味しいものもたくさん、美しい景色も見れるといいことづくめです。

Still in November, during the porcini season, it's hard to get a reservation at Ca' Cerfogli, a restaurant in the mountains of Modena.

I called to see if I could get a reservation for lunch on a weekday when my husband was on holiday, and was lucky enough to get one.
Our reservation was made at 12:30 and we arrived just in time but the restaurant staff were still having their lunch. After us, more and more customers arrived and the restaurant was quickly filled.
We had :
Flan topped with black truffle
Porcini tortelloni (the most popular dish here)
Tagliatelle with porcini
Piedmontese beef tartare with porcini (for my husband)
Beef tagliata with porcini (for me)
We also wanted to try the dolce but didn't get to it.
We also had a glass of wine each and the total cost was about 30 euros per person.
It's no wonder it's so hard to get a reservation.
We would have liked to have the fried porcini, but the restaurant only fries fresh porcini, and the season for fresh porcini ends the week before, so we couldn't have it.
The fries are only available from June to mid-October.
I didn't know it was also available in summer. Next year we'll go in summer!
After lunch, we decided to go a little further and see the autumn scenery in the mountains of Modena.
As we went further into the mountains, the weather turned suspicious, the temperature dropped dramatically and it looked like it was after a snowfall.
We went to Lake Ninfa, where we had taken a lunch break during our holiday in September.

I am sure that now that the ski season has started, the area is crowded with skiers.
