I found the VOIP acronym to be unhelpful as it suggests the incorrect order of dimensions. Otherwise useful tutorial, thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. You are right, the order of VOIP is different than the order of the dimensions in the official material. People can use it to remember but there is no, but it is only a suggestion. I am glad that you found the videos helpful. All the best, Alex

@@valueinsights VOIP is voice over IP to me personally (and a few others I would imagine). Furthermore, 4123? That's just not gonna stick

Vielen Dank für die Videos!!! Der Lernstoff ist echt zäh und wer nicht pauken kann, für den ist die Prüfung ganz schön schwierig zu bestehen (bin einmal schon durchgefallen). Jetzt versuche ich mit diesen Videos das ganze aufzufrischen. Was denken Sie, ist es besser, die Prüfung auf Deutsch oder auf Englisch abzulegen? Und ist es möglich, die Untertiteln auf Deutsch hinzuzufügen? Das wäre super. Vielen Dank.

Vielen Dank für das Feedback. Der Stoff ist definitiv schwierig zu verdauen, daher habe ich auch die Videos erstellt. Mein Ziel war es das ganze etwas verständlicher zu machen. Hoffe, es hat soweit geklappt und sie werden Ihnen beim Bestehen der Prüfung helfen. Die Prüfung kann auch auf Deutsch gemacht werden, allerdings rate ich davon meist ab, da die Übersetzungen nicht immer wirklich einleuchtend sind. Dennoch kann es versucht werden. PeopleCert bietet übrigens auch eine Take 2 Option an. Dies bedeutet, dass man (ich glaube) für ca. 80€ einen zweiten Versuch dazukaufen kann beim Kauf einer Onlineprüfung. Bzgl. der Untertitel kann ich sagen, dass wir dies in unserem Backlog haben, aber durch andere Prioritäten wird sich das wohl eher auf nächstes Jahr verschieben. Vorher, müssen wir auch noch die Englischen Untertitel erstellen. Beste Grüsse, Alex

@@valueinsights Vielen Dank für das Feedback. Bez. Englischen Untertiteln kann ich sagen, dass durch die klare Stimme die automatisch erstellten Untertiteln eigentlich ganz gut das Gesprochene wiedergeben.

Danke für die guten Videos. CO2 wird im englischen carbon genannt. Sonst gute englische Aussprache, fast nicht zu entlarven ;)

Hello, thanks a lot for the videos, do you think watching all your videos + doing practice exams is enough to pass the certificate or should I study the whole e-book also?

You're most welcome. Based on the comments of our video series, many people passed only with this and mock exams. However, this is only a collection of the most important topics. So there might be more, which are part of the book and for which you might get questions during the exam. So I do believe that the official book is a good buy. Nevertheless, you are right, we only receive the mainstream media, probably as all countries in the world who are not in a position to witness the happening in real time.
