Great day to be posting this after Jack has won his first ATP title, is now British number 1 and has his highest ever ranking, getting seeded for Wimbledon. It's only up from here! Great player, great attitude, great inspiration for the generation below - just like Murray has been for him.

Him saying it’s become a obsession . Well good . He’ll go into Wimbledon a top 30 player . Great chance for him too push up the rankings . Just hope he gets a good draw .

Regarding his last point about the tennis obsession being potentially unhealthy, well there are far less healthy things to be obsessed with! I hope the friends he has found on tour will help to keep his mental state in a positive place! Love his grounded, positive attitude.

A first atp title . I would love Jack to be able to beat the likes of Alcaraz and Sinner . I know he has beaten Sinner before . We’ll see .
