To roast potatoes, you will need the following ingredients: (adult supervision required)

Olive oil

To start, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into small pieces. Place the potato pieces in a bowl and toss them with enough olive oil to lightly coat them. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper, then transfer them to a baking sheet.
