Fuck anxiety fr, i got panic disorder and have been on 10 diff meds for it, none of which have helped besides when i was prescribed xanax. They kept putting me on antidepressants over and ovrr ehich just fucked up my eating and gave me brainzaps, then they put me on duloxetine which made me feel like i snorted a fuckton of speed and made me feel like shit. Now im on a mood stabilizer which does lower the level of panic attacks (was over 9 a week) and i hate it

Same video, same night routine since it came out. Bad nights this video soothes me by putting me into a state of nostalgia on who i used to be back when i listened to this with the memories i had with everyone. They were the golden years we were just too stupid to realize it and cherrish those moments and feelings we cant get back.
