So they all work in same building. In BTS V's recent promotions for his solo album he called Enhypen his little brothers. TXT and Enhypen did a 2 part series together 'TXT and Enhypen playground' and as hybe groups were on game caterers show together. Heeseung and TXT members were trainees together and members are close in age. New Jeans Le Ssearfim and fromis9 girl groups also under labels under HYBE also.
