J-hope debuted as a MAIN DANCER since he literally went to a DANCE SCHOOL and were part of a STREET DANCE CREW called NEURON. All the members and staff call him the LEADER JUNG and even wait for his call to end a practice and they say they're sometimes afraid that j-hope will catch them when they make a mistake. He leads the practice and is the DANCE LEADER.

J-hope is better at street style whereas Jimin studied contemporary dance before becoming a trainee which is a more pretty style of dance. Both different and unique styles. They both know how to move their bodies differently. Same with the rest of BTS. Ultimately all credit should go to everyone involved because they all take part in helping each other, and the choreographers that work with BTS to make there visions come to life are inspiring!

J-Hope is the leader - he learns the choreo and teaches it to the other members and monitors as well. Jimin does help at times especially with adjusting staging on tour. They have their own silent language at this point - one look and they have an entire discussion about what the change is. Jimin does help the other members at times, more on a one to one basis, outside of regular practice. The stage you were asking about is ON and the choreo is bonkers especially when they do the full stage with dance break.

the members always say when it comes to dancing and them doing something wrong they always check to see if j-hope is watching and that's when he's most scary LOL

I always love watching 3J practice. Their level of dance is so amazing!! I have loved every stage BTS has prepared for us but the 3J Butter and the 2018 3J Idol were my favorite!!

You should watch their dance practices and then performances! Highly recommend Run BTS, Mic Drop, Black Swan, On, Fake Love, Dynamite, Airplane Pt 2 and Best Of Me dance practices :)
