I have a terminal lung disease called cystic fibrosis. I have trouble breathing just in my day to day. When you started training, I started as well. Had to start small but I just ran my first half marathon last week and I’m still overwhelmed with emotion. I wanted to thank you for helping me through it all and honestly probably adding years onto my life Edit: y’all’s support means everything! Helps me motivate to keep on going! CHOO CHOO!!!

And then you shorten your laps so you’re never more than 5 minutes away from home because the midrun BM hits hard and fast. So you’re just awkwardly running the same quarter mile of sidewalk, looking like a total loon.

All of this was amazing. Love seeing Matt on the channel. He brings such good vibes and you two are a riot together. I’m currently training for my first 70.3 and what Matt said about everyone out there hating each other is so true and funny lol. We have a really nice paved bike trail where I live and when I’m riding on it I’m like “these damn runners” and when I’m running on it I’m like “these damn cyclists.” Looool. Keep up the amazing work everyone! CHOO CHOO!

I was training for my first marathon before I got into a huge car accident last month. I fractured my ankle and have to keep off of it for 2 months. Watching your videos help keep me going tbh because I miss training days. It's awesome to see someone's progress even though I'm outta the game this summer and won't make it to the marathon I signed up for. However, there's always the next one!

I've never worked out and i've never been fit in my life, but watching your videos has been such a life changer. You make fitness look like something someone can actually enjoy, not just a chore. Your drive and motivation to accomplish a goal is so inspiring. Ive started running everymorning for 10 minutes before i start my day. My breathing is already better, i get better sleep, and i feel the best ive felt in years. Thank you for these videos, maybe one day ill run a marathon! Choo Choo brother 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Cody I started watching this channel when you created it and I found myself wanting to start working out regularly for the first time since I injured myself in high school. Now I’ve been taking a cycling class 5 times a week and these videos truly inspire me!! I have a knee injury so I can’t run but I look forward to watching these vlogs every week!! Training for my first ever Ironman. Never done anything like this at all but I’ve always known about Cody but found Cody trains a little after I started. I want to do Lake placid in 2025 and am signed up for an Olympic and a Half iron man. Cody you’ve given me so much inspiration to just get through some rough training days because sometimes it seems impossible. Trying to break 12 hours so thank you do everything! Good luck my man!

Oats are self milking. What you’re tasting is the sugar they add to oat milk, so just put that in yourself.

Not training for anything in particular. Just finished PT for a tweeked shoulder and currently trying to get back into climbing and strength training. In the meantime I've been working on weight loss. Was at my all time heaviest last July and am currently down 30 lbs... aiming for another 10-15. Keep the videos coming!

This channel got me motivated to start running. I began in March of 2023, ran my first 10k in July and a marathon in November. Got my first ultramarathon 50K in late July of this year. Watching these videos makes me feel like I’m part of a run club, Choo Choo!

I’m training for my third half marathon. I’m always sure to not training enough in between that. It’s very difficult to train back up to it, lol. Hey Cody! I used to play tennis a lot for cardio but when I went to college the courts were always busy. I tried running throughout my first year but could never keep up with it. Well, now I signed myself up for my very first 5K on July 4th for some discipline, and now I’ve been running 2-3 times a week! It’s been a struggle because I have asthma, but I always feel really good after a run. Thanks for the motivation bro.

I am pretty out of shape, so I've been starting small, not to the point of running yet, but I have increased my trail walks steadily up to 12mi long walks so far! FL summer is hard but I get to see baby gators so it's worth it

Todays training is sadly the beginning of ankle recovery due to a game day injury. I am a runner and roller derby player but am looking at sitting out for 4-6 weeks while this heals. But in more fun news, today is the start of my stationary bike and rowing machine journey. Choo choo!

I Cody Ko'd this past Saturday, woke up at 5:30 and drove to go do a 25 mile bike race! I had never biked this far before and it was so so amazing. I completed it in 2 1/2 hours and I feel so proud of myself.
