About us:
We're Jack & Megan, and in late 2020 we sold our belongings and packed our lives into our 2005 Toyota Troop Carrier to travel Australia. Our original plan was to complete a full lap of Australia and return home to Perth to resume our 'normal' lives. We decided we wanted to document our lap for the future and began sharing weekly travel vlogs of our life on the road and fell in love vlogging, filmmaking and sharing our lives with you. We completed our first lap and couldn't imagine living any other way so we decided to continue travelling and calling the Troopy home. We have gone on some crazy adventures since then and it is all thanks to you tuning in to join us every week.

If I walked into a place like that 50's diner with my husband I would need a block and tackle to get him back out again inside of 4 hours......because he would insist on reading and looking at every single item and sign.......another awesome video guys, Im going to be sad when you leave Tassie, Ive been enjoying seeing the Apple Isle again through your eyes....

100 year old house is fairly modern. The house on the property where I’m living is just shy of 200 years old. For these old buildings, we are merely caretakers. Tasmania is the Australia of the past years, the good years. ❤ Tasmania ❤

That 'old world feel', we can still do it today, just get over the, well, not-so-good policies of 1945-now pretty much Get some nice distinctly Tasmanian cottages again, less urban suburbia (from a lack of housing diversity)

I’ve been looking forward to your videos since the first one you did when you came down to Tassie. I remember you saying a few weeks into your trip here that you only had a short time and had to go back…..it’s obviously working out well for you both because you’re still here and enjoying our fantastic Island State. Grindelwald is cool and 5 mins from my house, if only you had time to explore the rest of the tamar river area so much rich history to explore.

So cool! Yesss we said the same thing as we were driving through! We stopped at a lookout overlooking the river and it was just amazing! Gives us a reason to come back ☺️

Don't ya feel guilty abandoning the True Pee to live in luxury? I know i can't be away from MissRed and feel like there is something in my life missing ... dunno how i'm gunna go in a couple of weeks when i head to Tassie in a 2WD rodeo camper for 6 weeks but at least you guys have shown me a whole heap of things to look forward to ... luv ya work!
