Barry, I'm a Dimash expert. Don't listen to the comments that suggest you to watch the fancam version of Olimpico (known as Ogni pietra). Do you understand me? Thank you Meghan. Barry, the technique he used was yakutian style. Yakuts life in Russia but has different ethical roots. They are closer to kazaks. In this run I think he switched from yakutian style to zhotkau. Zhotkau is a kazakh lament singing. They use it for express the grief and sorrow for a person that passed away. And Dimash did it for honor the original kazakh singer of this song. He was one of his favorite singers. He is accompanied from the original band A-studio

When I listened to Dimash my very first time it was this song and I was hooked immediately. Now look at me! With my almost 49 years I’m behaving like a teenage fan girl, joined fanclubs on Facebook (never did that before) started to use Instagram and Weibo, learned what reaction videos are... Addicted. Btw you could put Dimash in a potato sack instead of a suit and he still would look handsome.

Yes. He is perfect 👌💖 in every possible way ❤️❤️❤️. He is 191 cm so he is rather tall. It's been a year and a half since this event took place. As usual, I loved your review. It was fun and again, in a strange way, I felt proud of Dimash. I'm proud to be one of his Dears.

He often sings in the lamenting tone of his heritage to address and respect the dearly departed, and "sends" the notes skyward with the motions. Sounds so much more lovely actually to know that it may be true!

During the first video I was constantly staring at the video of Dimash and didn't pay much attention to Barry. At 9:03 when Dimash switched to a higher voice I looked over to Barry, because I was sure he'd have some facial reaction to it. Right at that moment Barry looked right into the camera. For a second there I really believed he was actually looking at me. Like two friends suddenly eyeing one another to say "Hey did you hear that?" "Yes I did too."

I so agree with you , ice been following for 2 years now and he is like a chameleon.... apart from his ability to sing every genre, it always amazes me that he can go from good looking sweet guy next door to this 6 foot 3 James Bond.... he has it all , incredible voice , stage presence, emotional investment in every performance, good looks and something very rare these days... integrity... he has never sold his soul.. he's a once in a lifetime person and performer... he doesn't need HOLLYWOOD or all that crap... I love him for it all the more and I adore his traditional songs like SAMALTAU... he's just out of this world

Dimash has said himself only recently that over the last few years his lower Baritone register has improved in both depth and quality. I agree, I now believe that Dimash is Unquestionably the Greatest Singer/Performer of All Time. The really great news is that you've still got lots of amazing performances to watch and react to. He was about to win Americas got talent global and pulled out because he was up against children and didnt feel it was right. He is amazing.

В этой версии мне нравиться вставка с национальной манерой исполнения. В народных казахских песнях часто встречается такое исполнение. БРАВО! ДИМАШ! 👏
