report format 1st paragraph :- WHEN --> WHAT ---> WHERE 2nd paragraph :- HOW? ( EX :- you are reporting an accident , just say negligence of driver , fogy weather etc) 3rd paragraph :- CONCLUSION ( EX :- GOVT ANNOUNCED RELIEF FOR THE PEOPLE )

I don't think so that writing skills should be attempted first as it is not scoring part .Students lose their marks here so should attempted first what they know i.e textual passage and first impression is the last impression

"Which caused people losing their lives" the sentence is correct and it's in the past tense already. Apparantly, only the spelling is wrong
